These are traditional German sausages, artisan made, smoked and
made using premium ingredients. 7 days notice is usually required for this menu
includes all of the following:
Tasty cheese kranskies
Thuringer Bratwurst sausages
Bockwurst sausages
Smoked bacon
sauerkraut
