Just a quick note to say thank you for everything during the catering job for my 40th Birthday. It was the best night ever! So many of my guests raved about the food and service. They really enjoyed all the items and having it served made the occasion all that more special. The staff were great - very well trained and briefed in advance - which is an unexpected bonus. They were a delight to work with and really thought on their feet -again not usual from most function staff. Nothing was a problem - they kept up with everything which left me free to have a great time!!
The food was marvellous and having you prepare it fresh on site was really great. I was also impressed with the way you cleaned up and removed everything. It looked like you weren't there except for the great food left in my fridge. The special sauce you made for my burgers to avoid coriander for my allergies was also a really nice personal touch - you could have used a prepared sauce but instead you made one from scratch.
I will definitely be using you for similar events in the future and for any of my clients events that are suitable too.
