General Bookings - A $500 deposit is required to secure your booking, unless otherwise stated by the Directors of Pepper Tree Catering. The deposit will forfeited if cancellation is less than
5 days prior to the function.
Peak Bookings (1st of November - 2nd January) - a deposit of $1000 is required to secure your booking, unless prior arrangements have been made. The deposit will be forfeited
if the function is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the function.

NOTE: bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been recieved
